New In Box

Brand new, In OEM box, NEVER opened, factory seal has never been cut, replaced, removed or resealed.

Open Box

Brand new, In OEM box with OEM packaging, box has been opened, and/or factory seal has been cut, replaced, removed or resealed.

Excellent

Equipment is used, tested operational, good cosmetic condition, complete with all required plastics, adapters & cables, and may be refurbished.

Good

Equipment is used, tested operational, may have minor cosmetic flaws, complete with all required plastics, adapters & cables, and may be refurbished.

Fair

Equipment is used, tested, operational, may have major cosmetic flaws not effecting functionality, may have minor screen flaws, missing plastics covers, faceplates, case cracks, etc. that don’t expose direct contact to any circuit boards and/or electrical ports or outlets.
