All products are thoroughly tested to be fully functional. Each condition code refers to cosmetic conditions as follows: • Condition New In Box: Brand new, In OEM box, NEVER opened, factory seal has never been cut, replaced, removed or resealed. • Condition Open Box: Brand new, In OEM box with OEM packaging, box has been opened, and/or factory seal has been cut, replaced, removed or resealed. • Condition Excellent: Equipment is used, tested operational, good cosmetic condition, (we may want a different word to replace good- I think it is confusing using good in excellent condition) complete with all required plastics, adapters & cables, and may be refurbished. • Condition Good: Equipment is used, tested operational, may have minor cosmetic flaws, complete with all required plastics, adapters & cables, and may be refurbished.
